With an NMEA compatible 5-pin M12 socket connector at one end and a standard 9-pin D-SUB plug connector at the other, this 100 cm cable connects the Kvaser Air Bridge M12 or any CAN interface with M12 connector to installations based on 9-pin D-SUB connectors. It facilitates e.g. the integration of Kvaser Air Bridge M12 in a machine exposed to harsh conditions while simplifying the connection at the other end of the wireless bridge.
It also facilitates the connection of Kvaser Air Bridge devices or any CAN interface with M12 connector to a computer for device configuration and firmware upgrade. Kvaser’s adapter cables have a high quality, ruggedized construction with M12 connectors that meet the IP67 standard for water and dust ingress.
