PCAN USB Adapter (isolated)
This PCAN adapter makes it possible to connect any PC with a USB slot into a CAN network. Galvanic isolation of up to 500V between the CAN signals and the host-PC is achieved with the help of an integrated DC/DC converter. The CAN is connected via a 9-pin SUB-D plug according to CiA standard recommendation DS 102-1. The LED integrated in the housing shows the operating state of the PCAN-USB adapter. Also available without galvanic isolation.
The PCAN-USB Adapter package includes device drivers for Windows® 11 (64-bit) and 10 (32/64-bit), the PCAN-Basic API, and the PCAN-View CAN monitor software. Linux drivers are also available. For customers needing more sophisticated CAN Analyzing software we have PCAN-Explorer 6.
